About Me
I’m Lauren Feekery — a qualified reflexologist specialising in women’s health, based in Tring, Hertfordshire.
I created Woodland Wellness Reflexology to offer women a calm, supportive space where they can rest, rebalance, and feel truly cared for. My approach is gentle, intuitive, and centred around restoring balance in harmony with nature, with treatments designed to support both wellbeing and deep relaxation.
I hold an ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology, along with specialist CPD in women’s health, including fertility, pregnancy, menopause, stress‑related conditions, and relaxation‑focused reflexology. I am also a registered member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR), ensuring my work meets high professional and ethical standards.
My background includes more than a decade in charity, community, and wellbeing organisations, where I developed a strong foundation in client care, communication, and emotional awareness. These skills now shape the way I support women through some of the most significant and sensitive chapters of their lives.
Women come to me for:
Pregnancy reflexology
Reflexology for infertility
Reflexology for IVF journeys
Menopause reflexology
Stress relief & vagus nerve reflexology
Reflexology for relaxation
and much more!
Clients describe my treatments as grounding, gentle, and restorative — a moment of stillness in a busy world.
What Is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a deeply relaxing complementary therapy based on the principle that specific points on the feet and hands correspond to different areas of the body. By applying gentle pressure to these reflex points, the nervous system is soothed, circulation is supported, and the body is encouraged to return to a state of balance.
It is especially supportive during:
Pregnancy
Infertility and IVF
Menopause
Stress and emotional overwhelm
Migraines
Fluid retention
Energy balancing
Spiritual alignment
Digestion
Chronic pain
Relaxation
And so much more!
Treatments
My reflexology treatments are designed to support women through every chapter of life.
-
A restorative treatment supporting hormonal balance, emotional wellbeing, and deep relaxation throughout all stages of womanhood — ideal for stress, cycle changes, overwhelm, or simply taking time to reconnect with yourself.
-
A soothing, nurturing treatment to support you throughout pregnancy — physically, emotionally, and hormonally.
Pregnancy reflexology may help with:
Improved sleep
Reduced stress and anxiety
Easing common pregnancy discomforts
Emotional grounding
Relaxation in late pregnancy
Many women also choose reflexology in the final weeks as a way to deeply relax and support the body’s natural readiness for labour. While reflexology is not a medical induction, relaxation techniques and specific reflex points are traditionally used to help the body unwind and create the conditions that may support the natural onset of labour.
-
A gentle, supportive treatment designed to help reduce stress, regulate the nervous system, and create emotional space during fertility challenges.
Reflexology may support women experiencing:
Natural conception journeys
Unexplained infertility
Hormonal imbalance
Stress‑related cycle disruption
-
IVF can be emotionally and physically demanding. Reflexology offers a calm, grounding space to help you feel supported throughout each stage of treatment.
Reflexology may help with:
Reducing stress during stimulation and transfer phases
Supporting emotional wellbeing during waiting periods
Encouraging deep relaxation
Providing continuity and calm throughout your IVF cycle
Treatments are always adapted sensitively around your clinic’s guidance.

Perfect for women navigating overwhelm, burnout, emotional fatigue, or nervous‑system dysregulation.
-
A gentle, calming treatment that supports the body’s relaxation response through vagus nerve stimulation.
Reflexology techniques can stimulate vagal pathways through specific points on the feet, hands and face, encouraging a shift into a calmer, more regulated state. Foot, hand and facial Vagus Nerve techniques can be used during your session.
Vagus nerve reflexology may support:
Deep calm and grounding
Emotional balance
Better sleep
Reduced overwhelm
A softer, more regulated nervous system
-
A calming, balancing treatment to support hot flushes, sleep issues, mood changes, and overall hormonal wellbeing during perimenopause and menopause.

A gentle alternative when foot reflexology isn’t suitable — whether due to sensitivity, swelling, mobility, or personal preference. Hand reflexology offers the same calming, balancing benefits and is especially comforting during pregnancy, menopause, or IVF journeys.
